PACKAGING

Prints are wrapped in glassine paper. A board of 100% recycled material is also placed inside to keep your order safe. Your order is then shipped in a cardboard mailer or tube depending on size. I take every care to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition but if for some reason you are not 100% happy then do please get in touch at hello@paulaarango.com

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

All products are printed here in the UK. Some original artworks are also painted in the UK but as I’m so inspired by my travels, I often paint originals whilst in another country. You can find regular updates on our Instagram feed.

DISPATCH TIME

All print orders are made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for them to be made and posted.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:

UK First Class – 1-3 working days

UK Tracked & Signed – 1-2 working days

Ireland Standard Shipping – 3-5 working days

Ireland Tracked & Signed – 2-3 working days

Europe Standard Shipping – 5 working days

Europe Tracked & Signed – 3 -7 days

Rest of the World Standard Shipping – 2-3 weeks

Rest of the World Tracked & Signed – 5 – 10 working days

If you’ve chosen Tracked & Signed then you will be sent a tracking number once dispatched.

 ADDRESS

When ordering, please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping. Providing that it has not yet already been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
